THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO ANY SALE FROM THE COMPANY TO YOU. Products described on this web site are only available to residents of United Kingdom when ordered through this website from a location and Internet Service Provider (ISP) within United Kingdom AND for shipment to an address within United Kingdom.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior written notice at any time, at its sole discretion; the most current version will always be posted on this site. These terms and conditions may not be supplemented, modified or altered by the use of any other documents(s). 4.3 Order Cancellation Policy (change of mind or double orders)
Please note that we charge a restocking fee if a customer cancels their order. Exceptions will be made if a customer cancels their order due to a product not being in stock.

All orders that are place on our website are automatically processed by our secure pay system and forwarded to our warehouse for packaging and shipping. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after an order has been processed.

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will not be charged cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, you will be charged the postage fees.

4.4 Products and Prices: Shipping and Handling Charges: Taxes: Interest

Prices and configurations shown are subject to change without prior notice at any time before acceptance of your order. Prices are expressed in United Kingdom currency and are GST inclusive. The Company is not liable for typographical errors or omissions and mistakes on quotations or prices. Images are for illustration purposes only and may not accurately portray the products delivered in response to orders placed.

A twelve month warranty is given with respect to all goods purchased as and from the date of purchase. Conditions do, however, apply to product returns.

Shipping & Handling

Our warehouses in: Cloverdale, WA. Most items are send out from this warhouse, some items are sent out from factory if they are out of stock.

Handling time: We dispatch on the same business day if orders are placed before 3pm AET. Orders after 3pm AET will besent the next business day.
Standard post may take 3-7 business days to arrive, we also support express shipping, it takes about 2-3 working days. so please upgrade to express post if you need it urgently.
Pickup is welcome. Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday - Friday(GMT)GMT+8.
lf there is an issue with the address or no one is available toreceive/collect the parcel, POST will return the parcel to thesender. In this case, the customer will need to pay for resend postage.

1. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

2. Normally, the eParcel of australia Post takes 2 to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of australia Post. We will re-send your order after eParcel of australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.

Warranty & Return Policy

We warrant that the products sold in our website are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship - We never sell used or refurbished adapters.

Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.
If a product is returned to us after it has been in use for over 6 months, we may, at our discretion, exercise an option to refund a portion of the purchase price proportional to the remainder of the warranty period.
If there is nothing wrong with the item and the buyer wants a refund, the seller will issue full refund less actual Transaction Fees and shipping cost. The buyer will also be responsible for the cost of sending the item back.
When returning an item, please keep it in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. lf you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a refund.

We accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days from the purchase date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to www.laptop-charger.com.au on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by www.laptop-charger.com.au. (Please note that we only offer refunds within 30 days from the date that you receive your order. Returns received outside of the 30 days return period will be processed as an exchange.)
Returns within 30 days from purchase date can be for exchange, refund or credit at www.laptop-charger.com.au's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions and documentation.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if you want to return the product for any reason. We strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify www.laptop-charger.com.au immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to www.laptop-charger.com.au within 30 days from the invoice date, at www.laptop-charger.com.au's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by www.laptop-charger.com.au within 30 days from the invoice date, at www.laptop-charger.com.au's discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are no restocking fee.

It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, return the product(s) to us within 30 days and we will refund the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error).

To return an item you must contact Customer Service at service@laptop-charger.com.au for prior approval and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Repack in original packaging: Enclosed everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments. Products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
Shipped within thirty (30) days: Products must be returned within thirty (30) days after the issuance of the RMA. Packages received after the 30th day will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Include RMA on the outside of the package: It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of the package. Packages without a RMA will not be accepted.
