Shipping

Our warehouses in: VIC and WA. Most items are send out from the warhouses, some items are sent out from factory if they are out of stock.

* Normal Delivery - "eParcel of australia Post" Regular Parcel Delivery Service. AU $10.00/order, the additional charge is available AU $5.00 per item.

1. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

2. Normally, the eParcel of australia Post takes 2 to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of australia Post. We will re-send your order after eParcel of australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.
