Shipping and Handling

Our warehouses in: Cloverdale, WA. Most items are send out from this warhouse, some items are sent out from factory if they are out of stock.

• Exclusive perk for Australian customers: Free shipping on every order. Save extra cost on delivery, order with confidence!
• Other countries: Other countries: The base shipping cost is AUD 20. An extra AUD 5 applies for each additional item in your order.
• Handling time: We dispatch on the same business day if orders are placed before 3pm AET. Orders after 3pm AET will besent the next business day.
• Standard post may take 3-7 business days to arrive, we also support express shipping, it takes about 2-3 working days. so please upgrade to express post if you need it urgently.
• Pickup is welcome. Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday - Friday(GMT)GMT+8.
• lf there is an issue with the address or no one is available toreceive/collect the parcel, POST will return the parcel to thesender. In this case, the customer will need to pay for resend postage.

1. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.

2. Normally, the eParcel of australia Post takes 2 to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of australia Post. We will re-send your order after eParcel of australia Post has completed the investigation of the lost parcel, which would take about 3 to 4 weeks from the day of complaint.
